JEFFERY SCHMITZ

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with developments totaling more than two million square feet and valued in costs over $300 million. With over 100 projects completed or under development, his vast experience spans from manufacturing facilities to institutional, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and residential.

ANGELA INNAIMO

Angela joined the J.S. Capitol team as an administrator for Premier Academy in 2010. She then transitioned into her current position. With her experience in management, Angela continues to elevate assets to their highest potential and strive for excellence throughout her entire portfolio.

TAYLOR RONCELLI

Taylor joined the J.S. Capitol team in 2021. With her experience in sales & marketing, Taylor continues to strategically navigate a competitive market while promoting brand awareness and optimizing marketing growth strategies.

KIM BRINKMAN

Kim joined the J.S. Capitol team in 2011. With over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, Kim works to ensure long-term fiscal stability while enabling sustainable growth.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

SHERI AMAN

Sheri joined the J.S. Capitol team in 2013. With over 25 years of administrative experience, Sheri facilitates subcontract agreements, manages subcontractor compliance, change order management, and pay applications seamlessly.

PROJECT MANAGER

BILL SCHMITZ

Bill joined the J.S. Capitol team in 2009. Prior to joining the J.S. Capitol team, Bill worked as an engineer. He is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in contracts, scheduling, and budget adherence.
