JEFFERY SCHMITZ

With over two decades in the construction and development industry, Jeff has led more than 100 projects totaling over 2 million square feet and $300 million in value. His portfolio spans manufacturing, institutional, retail, office, hospitality, healthcare, and residential sectors. As the founder of J.S. Capitol, Jeff focuses on long-term strategy and vision, advising on major investments and high-level decisions.

ANGELA INNAIMO

Since joining J.S. Capitol in 2010, Angela has been the driving force behind the company’s growth and operational excellence. She oversees all company divisions—finance, development, and operations—and leads business development, and performance strategy. Angela fosters strong relationships with investors and partners while building a forward-thinking internal culture focused on leadership and results.

ASSET MANAGER

JENNIFER DAMMAN

Jen joined J.S. Capitol in 2023 and plays a vital role in managing and expanding the company’s asset portfolio. With a background in human resources and account management, she provides financial analysis, operational oversight, and strategic support across multiple entities. Jen leads new property launches, supports asset performance.

CONTROLLER

KIM BRINKMAN

A seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience, Kim Brinkaman has overseen J.S. Capitol’s financial operations since 2011. She ensures financial integrity across all entities, manages tax preparation and reporting, and maintains accurate monthly financials. Kim’s precision and reliability are central to the company’s long-term fiscal health and operational success.

ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR

JASON KERR

Jason joined J.S. Capitol in 2025 and plays a key role in maintaining the company’s financial operations. He produces monthly financials across various accounts, supports cash flow planning and forecasting, and assists with tax documentation. Working closely with the Controller, Jason helps ensure the company’s financial systems remain accurate, timely, and adaptable.

PROJECT MANAGER

BILL SCHMITZ

Since 2009, Bill has led J.S. Capitol’s construction projects from the ground up. With an engineering background and extensive field experience, he manages contractor bidding, municipal coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control. Bill serves as the on-the-ground lead for new construction, ensuring projects meet budget, timeline, and design expectations.

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

PAUL DUNN

With over 35 years in commercial and residential construction, Paul brings deep expertise to every J.S. Capitol development. Having spent more than 15 years with the company, he oversees complex projects from planning to completion, including retail, hospitality, industrial, and medical office builds. Paul manages budgets, site logistics, and inspections, playing a hands-on role throughout each phase.

CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

GABRIELLE SCHMITZ

Gabrielle joined J.S. Capitol in 2024 and brings a detailed, hands-on approach to the construction team. She supports procurement, FF&E tracking, interior design documentation, and field coordination. Gabrielle works closely with job site teams to monitor quality, confirm specifications, and assist with project closeouts, contributing to smooth execution and strong design continuity.

CREATIVE COORDINATOR

TAYLOR RONCELLI

Since 2021, Taylor Roncelli has shaped the visual identity of J.S. Capitol and its affiliated brands. She leads design, website management, and creative direction for new developments, while also supporting interior design, social media, and marketing campaigns. Taylor brings creativity and brand cohesion to everything from logos and materials to physical spaces.
